Mass communication major Sa’Ron Thornton will be graduating from online courses with her associates degree which she’ll use to transfer to Lamar University. She plans on continuing using her degree to land her dream job of being a news anchor
“Don’t Quit. There will be long nights, tears, and headaches, but when you see the finish line getting close, it is the best feeling in the world to know you worked to this and no one gave it to you. You can write your story, and you can determine the ending,” says Thornton.
As she continues in her education she will remember the amazing San Jac professors that helped her along the way.
