Ms. Amber M. Hill is currently an anticipated graduate of Prairie View A&M University with studies from San Jac. Hill is a Communications major with a concentration in Mass Studies and a minor in Sociology.

The class that has had the most impact on her school journey is a class on persuasion. It taught her to never be afraid to stand up for what she believes is right. If she has a perspective or chance to enlighten someone else, take the risk and be different. Her career goal is to be either a sports journalist or an on-air radio personality.

Hill hasn’t quite solidified what path to take but thoroughly enjoys them both. Hill enjoys bringing light to others by story telling and being a voice to those around her. Her advice to future graduates is to always be persistent. “Life will always keep going, so you should too!” Life comes with challenges, lessons, and some disappointments, or you can see it as goals to accomplish, people to help along the way, and new opportunities to love yourself and others a bit more gently in the world.
